Our beautifully remodeled villas are located perfectly in the heart of Springdale’s 400 acres.

The views from the covered decks are some of the best Springdale has to offer. There isn’t a better spot to sit back with a cup of coffee and watch the morning fog rise off the golf course……. you’ll quickly see you’ve left the hustle and bustle for the heart of the Smoky Mountains.

Whether you have enjoyed a day of golf, hiking, rafting, or one of the many other local attractions you’ll also want to take time to unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset.

These mountain villas each have 2 bedrooms with their own private full bath. They can sleep up to 8 in 4 queen beds. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen is a wonderful spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal, game night, or a relaxing night in.  The beautiful setting at the base of Cold Mountain will make you wish you never had to leave.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
