Our properties are located on over 400 acres of secluded mountain property above Springdale Golf Course and bordering the East Pigeon River. Each cabin has its own design and personality. Enjoy a cozy mountain cottage with 5 beds; 3 bedrooms; Master has 2 full size beds; guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, 2 full baths, a kitchen, den and a large deck overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains.
We are located just a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 30 miles for Asheville NC.
Come enjoy some of the best views in the world and get away from it all.

The Blue Ridge Parkway
Go car hiking on the magnificent parkway! There are stunning vistas at the many overlooks. If you feel inclined to stretch your legs, hike on one of the countless trails including the Mountains to Sea Trail, the many trails of Shining Rock Wilderness and of Graveyard Fields.
Visit Asheville
A half hour east of Springdale at Cold Mountain lies the beautiful city of Asheville. There are many things to do if you fancy a short trip into the city. Some favorites include the world-famous Biltmore House, the N.C. Arboretum, numerous shopping and culinary delights in the downtown area, and make sure you grab a beer. Asheville has the most breweries per capita in the country.
Visit Waynesville
Only minutes away is the mountain town of Waynesville. You'll find plenty of boutiques and shops featuring local talents as well as an array of restaurants and breweries. Check out Waynesville's blog to learn more about this charming town.
